Pest control
is the regulation or management of a species defined as a pest; any animal, plant or fungus that impacts adversely on human activities or environment. The human response depends on the importance of the damage done and will range from tolerance, through deterrence and management, to attempts to completely eradicate the pest. Pest control measures may be performed as part of an integrated pest management strategy.
Rodent Control
Rodent control is vital as the rodent can cause damage and spread disease rapidly. With various methods using mechanical traps, monitoring blocks and poisons a professional pest control operator has the tools and knowledge to combat this species.
Cockroach Control
German cockroaches are thigmotactic, meaning they prefer confined spaces, and they are small compared to other pest species, so they can hide within small cracks and crevices that are easy to overlook, thereby evading humans and their eradication efforts. Conversely, the seasoned pest controller is alert for cracks and crevices where it is likely to be profitable to place baits or spray surfaces.
Fly Control
Flies occur in large populations due to their ability to mate effectively and quickly during the mating season. Flies go through a complete metamorphosis with four distinct life stages – egg, larva, pupa and adult. Flies carry disease and need to be controlled.
Ant Control
Ants form colonies that range in size from a few dozen predatory individuals living in small natural cavities to highly organized colonies that may occupy large territories and consist of millions of individuals. To control ants, it requires multiple treatments or a food source they can take to the nest.
Fumigation
Fumigation is essential to control the spread of stored product insects. Either for Industry, home or export. Fumigation of stacked tobacco, nuts, dried fruit, cotton, flour and beans.
Hygiene
Installation and maintenance of soap dispensers, hand dryers, fem bins, floor mats and deep cleaning of washrooms.
